This page explains how to request deletion of your Scope account and the
data associated with it. Scope is a deals and coupons app for the Triangle area.
Include the phone number registered with your Scope account so we can verify the request is yours.
We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days, and send you a confirmation.
Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data linked to it, including:
Your phone number, name, and email address (if provided)
Your selected area and language preference
All coupons you have claimed and your redemption history
Any support-chat messages you have sent
Device and notification identifiers linked to your account
Data that may be kept
We may retain a limited amount of data where required:
Records we are legally required to keep, or that are needed to prevent fraud or abuse, may be retained for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted.
Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained to help improve the app.
